1.Establishavisionforyourproduct,leadideasalongsideyourpeers,anddriveexecutiontoshipsimpleandcreativefeaturesthatsolverealuserproblems
2.Marrybothqualitativeandquantitativetestingmethodstodrivetheroadmap,oftenwhichmayrequireunconventionalsolutionsandapproaches
3.Workwithengineering,UX,andbusinessstakeholdersincludingfinancetodeliverbusinessspecificvalue
4.Workwithengineeringteamtodeliverascalablearchitecturethatnotjustmeetscurrentneeds,butconsidersfuturegrowthscenarios
5.Prioritizebetweenexistingversusnewcustomers,andbetweenfeatures,architecturalimprovementsandoperationalexcellence
崗位要求
1.Currentlyintheprocessofobtaining,aBS,MS,MBAorothertechnicaldegreeinrelevantprogramincluding,butnotlimitedto:ComputerScience,Engineering,Math,DataScience
2.Stronganalyticalandquantitativeskillswithabilitytousedataandmetricsformakingassumptionsanddecisions
3.Abilitytosuccessfullyworkwithcrossrangeofteamsincludingengineering,UX,legal,finance,salesandoperations
4.Goodunderstandingandworkingexperienceintechnologydevelopmentbestpractices（suchas,Agile,etc.）andproductmanagementtechnologies
5.Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationsacrosstechnicalandnon-technicalstakeholders
6.Previousinternshipand/orprojectexperienceisaplus
